Dr. Irella S. Perez serves as a Community Outreach Specialist with IQAir Foundation, empowering communities through grant writing and research to ensure equitable access to Clean Air and Environmental Justice. She has served the community in the field of education for over 30 years as a Teacher, Principal, Superintendent and School Board Trustee.  Dr. Perez serves as an Advisory Board Member for UCI, University California Irvine, and a Community Advisory Committee Member for California Power Alliance. Dr. Perez has served in the Pre-School, K-12th – Higher Education, School Governance, Policy Maker and Customer Experience Environmentally Sustainable Solutions Based arenas for over 30 years. Through her leadership, coaching, teaching, mentoring and active community engagement she has influenced, organized, and mobilize millions to truly understand the “Power of Education”.
